People usually express happiness and positive emotions easily while the negative emotions are buried deep within themselves. When a person suffers, they tend to take things to heart easily. They react without thinking resulting in an outburst of emotions.

The bottled-up emotions usually take the form of anger when they are expressed and are often mistaken as being rude or arrogant. But what people fail to realize is that the outburst has become a way for them to showcase their emotions. They become so used to bottling their emotions that they feel hard to express their emotions.

They need to be treated with patience, care, and love. Instead of showing them sympathy and trying to help them, become their listeners, a shoulder to rely on. They need a listener, not someone to show pity to them and make them feel abandoned and a burden.

During these difficult situations due to the coronavirus pandemic, we became aware of many things including mental health. To overcome this; we can try

  1. To do exercise and yoga.
  2. To listen to soothing melodies.
  3. To keep ourselves busy with co-curricular activities.

Mental health is too precious to ignore. Behind the anger and frustration, lays a tornado of emotions that needs to be let out. The voices need to be heard.
